The Ranchers Steak and Seafood Restaraunt

Hostess did not know what gluten free meant. Waiter said he had no clue. Chef came out and offered me vegetables and pasta thinking gluten free meant vegetarian. I had to provide very specific instructions on how to cook my steak. No knowledge so please be careful if you choose to eat here.

Staff listened to my request and willingly prepared a steak and baked potato that was done on a GF grill. It was a delicious dinner. They also would have prepared chicken.
