The Red Dot Cafe

I was provided a gluten-free menu. When I asked if my meal would be prepared separately, the waitress said yes, she then asked if I was celiac and made note. Food and service was great! Very pleased as this was my first official meal out as a celiac.

I have been to Red Dot many times even before I was diagnosed celiac and their staff and workers know quite a bit about gluten. I have tried their chicken caesar wrap and both of their gluten free deserts and been fine afterward. One of the bonuses is the wrap didn’t fall apart on me.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

This place is not a dedicated gluten free environment nor are they educated in gluten free. One more place trying to make money off of people in need. I would not recommend going there for GF.
