I was impressed with the knowledge of the wait staff. They were able to substitute appropriately when needed so that I was able to enjoy all of the courses without concern that I would get sick.
Food is very good. Although I pre warned them of my allergies, our server had a bit of an attitude in the beginning. I also credit her for knowing the ingredients of the menu. I had green beans without tempura for an appetizer and the were delicious. I had duck with grits instead of couscous and it was good. Get an early seating if you want to try it. Everything I ate was definitely gf. I felt great the next day.
