Review of The Republic Grille

Items that are gluten-free are marked on the menu. It's says their bruschetta appetizer is gf, and I confirmed with our server, and he said yes. So I thought it would be gf bread. However, he brought out the chopped tomato and and basil mixture in a bowl with a side of tortilla chips??? He said that's how they serve it gluten free. It tasted good, but was kind of strange. I also got the blackened flounder which was delicious. Sides are not clearly marked gf, so you're at the mercy of your server, which ours didn't seem to be very confident.
