Review of The Republic Grille

Waitress was not knowledgeable of what was or was not gluten free. Grilled bbq chicken was listed as gluten free on menu, so I ordered it. I triple checked with the waitress on the bbq sauce and she responded “I think it is gluten free”. When she finally checked with the kitchen, it was not actually gluten free. Food was good, but proceed with caution.
