The Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls

This was my first visit. The waitress was not educated about gluten and did not accommodate by asking the cook what was gluten free. She said she would ask, but later returned to the table to take our order with no information. She simply was uneducated. You can have a garden salad without croutons. It is a beautiful restaurant with a very nice view, but it is not celiac friendly. I hope they can fix this in the future.
