Review of The Restaurant at Vineland Estates Winery

The menu does not mark gf dishes, but everyone was incredibly knowledgeable re. celiacs.I was told I could order whatever I wish and appropriate substitutions would be made with my approval. I was able to order their 5 course creative dinner - the chef created a special substitute for their pasta dish, but kept the same flavours - and therefore same wine pairing - as the original. It is a high end restaurants and as such quite pricey, but the food was amazing and I was able to enjoy my meal worry-free.
