I happened to see rave reviews on Google about the quality of the food, so we tried it not knowing if they would know anything about gluten free food. To our surprise, the lady taking our order inside knew exactly what we could and couldn't have! She offered burgers with lettuce wrap, substituting the potato slices instead of fries because they coated their fries. They don't have a dedicated fryer, but had GF chips. Their white bean soup was amI had something like a loaded tostada which was huge and delicious.azing! Their burger was outstanding.
