Review of The Ridge West Seneca

Had a great experience at The Ridge tonight. First, the service was wonderful! The waitress was great and was very cautious to verify everything I ordered was GF and prepared separately to avoid cross-contamination. The restaurant does have a GF fryer and the food was delicious. I got a burger with fries without a bun (they use Udi rolls if you want a bun) and 6 wings. Wings were great, but their hot wasn’t too hot. Fries were amazing!

If you look in the WNY GF Support group on Facebook, there was some confusion about The Ridge having a separate GF fryer, but I did confirm it is separate. I feel safe eating there.

Overall, I feel The Ridge went well above my expectations and will be a new addition to my restaurant rotation.
