Came in for some ribs. Talked to the owner and everything is made in house. I loved the queso. Ribs were out of this world. Dedicated fryer. Only thing on the menu that isn’t gluten free are the buns and Mac and cheese. The owners are very aware and knowledge about Celia as their daughter has it. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly suggested if you are local or a tourist going or coming from Lake Tahoe.
