The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas

Our first night in St. Thomas came here. Wait staff not knowledgeable. Stuck to grilled surf and turf. The steak came out with gravy on it. Waiter said it was fine then they must have asked the chef and came back out saying it had a bit of flour in it but I should be good. I had to say no I won't be good I will be sick. The waiter then took whole plate and came back with new grilled fish and steak. Crossing my fingers I don't get sick.
