Had the gluten free "wild child". No blue cheese. Make sure you ask for regular mushroom and not the marinated (in beer) ones. So good. The staff was friendly and really helpful. Can't wait to come back.
I wouldn't come here again. The staff was sort of knowledgeable about gluten and they had a separate menu. Unfortunately the food was terrible, tasteless burger with no sauce and they didn't know what sauce I could have. Salad arrived without dressing and took a while to get some. Overall I just didn't like the environment loud and cold and service wasn't very good. Maybe the pizza is better but I won't ever find out.
They only have a GF hamburger buns and gf pizza crust. Waitperson was not familiar with any of their ingredients for the pizzas and said she assumed I would know what was gf. Can't possibly just know about what's in their sausage etc. My friend's salad had "old" tasting bacon. Salad was "not at all what it should be." Husband said deep dish pizza was very good but not very deep.
I got so sick almost immediately after eating their pizza. As I was complaining to my waiter, I noticed someone in the back tossing pizza (gluten ones) dough up in he air and saw flour dusting all over. Yep, that's how I got sick. Not safe for those with celiac.
They were very helpful and stated that most things on their menu could be made gluten free. They made a slight non gluten related error on our order and our food was delayed. They gave us a VERY STEEP discount due to the delay and we're extremely apologetic. very happy.
Strike three...this chain is OUT!!! 3 times in a one year period, 3 different locations, was told it was gf & that I'd be fine. This last one, federal way, tried to tell me the cream sauce on my pizza was just cheese, it should be good. No, it wasnt, no, I wasn't. Baking me another pizza as a sorry didn't make the issues in my body & brain any better. I will not be going back. The server did his best to minimize the "damage" from the kitchen but the damage was already done.
I've been there several times. Let me just say the last few times the service was terrible and I felt like the wait staff wasn't at all familiar with GF stuff. The last time I went (and it will be my last time), they took absolutely forever even though it wasn't busy and then my burger came out butted up against some not so GF French fries. When I explained I couldn't eat it and it needed to be remade it took another 25 min and they served me a half frozen GF bun without my salad. Their food is generally good but the service is horrid.
This would probably be my last choice for every going out to get food. They have chips, I have a dairy allergy so I can't have their "chips n queso " the gf pizza dough was jus okay. I don't know I wasn't at all impressed. They put out vest pizza place in Belmar The Oven. It was amazing now they're goone thanks to the rock pizza place. No like. Boooo. Ha
We love it here! We always get the Meaty Beaty pizza without meatballs (which contain gluten ) and the Yellow Brick Road pizza's along with side salads. We have yet to try there GF pasta but it sounds really good. Service is always fast and friendly.
Beware of cross contamination. After waiting too long for my food, my gf Mac and cheese had bread crumbs on top. They remade it, only for me to find a different type of non gf noodle in my meal after I was most of the way through eating it. Also.. It wasn't that good. Not worth the risk.
On my first visit, I ordered a salad and stayed away from their GF bread and pizza. I did ask my server a bunch of questions about their GF offerings. She said they make GF buns in-house and make GF pizza in-house. A fresh GF pizza crust? I was excited to give it a try and returned a few days later. When my pizza came, I was disappointed to see it was on the same pre-made crust everyone else in town serves. Not bad but not really good, either. I didn't get sick from it, though. On my last visit, I ordered a chicken sandwich on a GF bun. It came out on suspiciously glutinous looking French bread. I questioned my server (who happened to be the woman who told me days earlier that they make GF buns and crust in house.) She insisted it was GF and that they order the French bread from "somewhere." It turned out to NOT be GF. I got very sick quickly. I reached out to their corporate HQs and was told they offer pre-packed GF buns and crust. They said they don't offer a GF French bread and seemed mystified that I was served it and told it was GF. They told me they would get in touch with the Anchorage location to tell them about the confusion. It would seem that servers are not trained at all in how to deal with GF orders. Don't touch the French bread, even if they tell you it is GF!
They have some gluten free options. Decent atmosphere. One time we came in a group 5 and were seated at a booth for 4. With larger tables available. The pizza is meh at best. I will go if everyone else wants to go there, but I don't go out of my way for this place.
