I am here now and they told me they do not have a separate fryer and if they did, they beer batter their fries anyways. Otherwise, they are super accommodating and knowledgeable. They have GF options for sides like a loaded baked potato and salad.

knowledgeable staff and separate fryer for sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts (a sides option). also manu amazing burger options that can be served with an Udi's bun.
