Tortilla chips come packaged and are gluten free and so is quest dip! Server seemed to have knowledge about gluten free items, but when I chose Mac and cheese as one of my sides for my daughter and asked for it on the side, it was served in a scoop on the plate, touching the tacos- cut that part off. Ordered 2 tacos- chipotle shrimp and flank steak- they were big, filing, and delicious! They have 50/50 corn/flour tortillas and corn tortillas, so be sure to specify corn.

Our waiter, Caleb, went back to the kitchen to confirm everything was safe and not cross contaminated. Delicious GF tacos!

Lots of options. Shared fryer so don’t eat the fried plantains. I eat here often and never had issues with cross contamination

Amazing tacos! I was told to avoid anything fried, so check before eating anything with fried ingredients!

Had chopped fish taco and Caribbean jerk tacos. Both were excellent. It's dark and loud inside and is family friendly. There is also a basic kids menu.

Great Caribbean restaurant in Baton Rouge. We sat outside, with hanging colored LIGHTS surrounding the restaurant, and heaters hanging over the tables, if needed. I'm gluten free 150%. I had a brisket soft taco and a chicken jerk soft taco. Coconut mango rice and plantains were the sides I chose. The atmosphere feels like you are in the Caribbean. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Great tacos and knowledgeable, friendly staff. I was told the tortilla chips are safe and do not share fryers with other food. I have not gotten sick.

Chef can make most of the Biggs Plates entries gluten-free in addition to many items noted gluten-free on the menu, particularly tacos. On our trip to New Orleans we ate at the Baton Rouge location on the way to and from New Orleans and also at the New Orleans location. The Avocado Mango Dip was fantastic. We LOVED the Duck Duck Goose, Lamb Vindaloo and Jerk Chicken tacos. Sides were GREAT! The Rum House provided the most friendly gluten free dining experience on our trip!
