This restaurant has multiple menu items that are GF, and they also have GF Alternatives (GA) for some menu items, like substituting GF sliced bread for a number of their sandwiches, or using corn tortillas instead of flour upon request. They seem to be sensitive to the struggles that exist for people with GF Intolerance or Celiacs, with regard to eating at public restaurants. However they do stress that they do not use a dedicated fryer for GF only, which we felt was nice to disclose.
