The Pizza at La bella Vita is really good and truly GF. They don’t have a separate oven but they wrap it in foil and it’s completely covered (that’s what we were told).

They are very gluten aware and have a lot of good options. We order a salmon quinoa bowl at the Pavilion and they came back and said oh the dressing is soy-based - do you want a vinaigrette? Never would have caught it without them!

I love getting the pizzas here!!! I have gone many times and have never gotten sick. They are educated on what gluten is and the staff is wonderful!!
