Safely prepared, lots of GF options, and the staff was knowledgeable. They have GF bread and even a separate GF toaster. They have a shared fryer, but offered to cook the potatoes a separate way if I wanted them. Overall, it was decent cafe style food and I felt safe eating there.
I have glutin sensitivity - so this menu works great for me. Glutin free pancake options like coconut or blueberry. I also love the skillet options with veggies & egg on top. The downtown location has a great outdoor area and we always bring our small dog along too. Service is always friendly. Parking is free in the attached garage.
I dine at least twice a week at Sage Biscuit’s downtown location — usually for a late lunch or weekend brunch. The food is consistently solid, and the staff is consistently fantastic. They have an above-average gluten free bread option so I like being able to enjoy an actual sandwich or toast. Their kitchen is very accommodating and often creative (with GF pancakes and French toast options). Staff doesn’t make you feel like a bother when asking if a soup or special is GF. Highly recommend the steak sandwich (with chickpea salad) and the veggie hash.
