Had a great experience here! Server super knowledgeable about celiac. In the allergen menu, it says the crab dip is GF and I ordered it but, once I told her I had celiac, she explained to me that it’s not safe for celiac as the chips are fried in cross-contaminated oil. The fries have their own fryer, so those are safe. I ended up having fries and a beet salad.
Definitely double check with your server even if something says GF on the allergen menu!

Fantastic food and experience overall!! Ask for the allergy menu and they have everything marked. A ton of gf apps and entrees available. I got the pimento crab dip with the old bay chips and the rock fish entree with crispy potatoes and ginger curry sauce.

Fabulous experience. We went here before a DC United game. It wasn’t too crowded and the staff was very knowledgeable on celiac. I let my server know and he promptly brought out a GF menu. Then the manager of the restaurant came to the table to walk me though the menu and answer any of my questions. There were plenty of options and they have a dedicated GF fryer. THEN when it came to dessert the pastry chef came out to talk to me and let me know what I could have. It was a fabulous experience and it was great for the whole family. Kid friendly and the kids menu had items other than just noodles and chicken tenders as well.

The waitstaff was not super helpful though he did know what was GF and my food came out correctly. I had a cup of the clam chowder which was excellent and the oil poached bass. It was also good but I did a little sickly afterwards. Don’t know if it was cross contamination or what but I never got sick, it just didn’t sit well. Overall a decent stop for seafood but I’d get the clam chowder and fresh clams or something besides the bass.

The wait staff was not super helpful but the hostess also has celiac and marked up a menu for me. All but 8 dishes either were or could be made gluten free.
Great restaurant! Right on the water, excellent seafood.
