I ordered a gluten-free toastie and the lady behind the counter was a very knowledgeable as she is gluten-free herself. She prepared it and everybody else’s gluten-free as if they were coeliac No matter what their status. It is so refreshing to find somebody that actually knows what they’re talking about and is incredibly careful to avoid cross-contamination. The service was top-notch and very speedy. They also had gluten-free cakes and all the staff seemed to have been well-versed as well not only that but if you ask for gluten-free they will ask if you are coeliac (which makes a change from most of the Cafes I have a visited!) - I highly recommend this place, gluten-free breakfast also available with gluten-free sausages as we all are twice as delicious with no cereal fillers in!!
