The menu had many clearly marked GF items, but the staff did not seem sure about whether they existed and were unable to answer questions about how food was cooked. Terrible service. Wouldn't trust it.

Had a good experience with getting gluten free and vegan/dairy options here. They have wait staff/table service now and waitress carefully noted dietary restrictions on ticket. Will return, seems celiac safe: no adverse reaction.

I went when it opened, so things may have changed, but the gluten free biscuit tasted EXACTLY like Bisquick gluten free. It was so thin that it was dry. Salty. If they made a thicker biscuit, it would be moist on the inside. Portions were tiny. Bland. I never went back.

GF items listed on menu, NOTHING is actually gluten free/celiac safe. Front of house is very chaotic. Wasn't able to eat anything and had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee.

I was so excited to find out about the gluten free biscuits that Sassy’s carries. I love biscuits and gravy so much and was looking forward to it. After I placed my order I found out that the only gluten free gravy is a black bean ‘gravy’ which was disappointing as the menu leads you to believe you can get different kinds of gravy gluten free, but I was still hopeful it would be great. I super appreciate them trying to make an effort for gluten free but our meals were honestly disappointing. The flavor of the biscuit was wonderful but it was incredibly dry which would not been a problem if there was real gravy, but the ‘black bean gravy’ was really just black beans with barely any sauce at all and definitely not at all what I was hoping for. I would order their biscuits to go if they weren’t $48 for 12. The only item I would return for would be the collard greens.
