Cross contamination occurs here! I know someone who works in the kitchen and they’ve told me not to eat here since I am a coeliac. So if you need to avoid cross contamination, I don’t recommend eating here. I’ve eaten here once (I had the pancakes) and it was clearly contaminated because I was symptomatic for the rest of the day. Regardless, the hospitality is fantastic and the view is amazing!
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
Gluten free options clearly marked on online menu (you have to scan a QR code to see the menu and order), including salads, oysters and fish. GF burger buns available. Beautiful spot with an amazing lookout and lots of spots to sit outside!!! They do acknowledge the potential for cross contamination on the menu but quite detailed labelling (e.g gluten free, low gluten, may contain gluten) is shown on the menu. :-)
