The only 3 gluten free options for breakfast were one breakfast bowl, a frittata, or a breakfast taco. None of the pastries are gluten free.

Very friendly service and food quality was well. My husband has a serious sweet tooth but can’t have dairy so we are always on the lookout for vegan treats. He really liked the strawberry pecan bread and the blueberry crumble. They seem to have a nice variety of vegan and vegetarian options and the space is pretty big and kind of has a relaxed slightly unkempt bohemian hippy vibe to it. The location is at the south side of Forsyth Park right next to a small health food market so stop in if going for a stroll. Visited here because of all the good reviews. However, could only have a smoothie. Staff explained that cross contamination is likely, even probable. They could not ensure my safety. Do not eat here if you have celiac unless you want a smoothie. Also, bring your own straw. Here, they are made of hay

One gf menu item, one tiny gf muffin. Those are your options. The coffee is delicious. Your food options here are very limited.
Numerous gf and vegan options. The menu is clearly marked. Staff can also help you modify a meal. The food was great.
This place was awesome. I spoke with them and they assured me the vegan gf tofu taco option was safe for me. The coffee was great and I truly appreciate that the mint chocolate brownie was wrapped. Didn't free sick. Great place.
The only good thing about this restaurant is that it is next store to a health food store so after the staff makes you feel unwelcome and ashamed for you allergy (but before they bring out there “gf tacos” which is actually only slightly past peek mixed greens on a cold corn tortilla) you will be able to go next door and purchase a second make-shift meal to come back and eat awkwardly while sitting with your friends that were actually treated like customers, rather than burdens, because their immune systems are slightly more normal than yours. Clearly I had a bad experience but I will never go back and strongly discourage any member of the gf community to support this business.

Breakfast bowl is a tasty start to the day and totally safe pick for celiac folks like me. The dressing is pretty spicy, so try before you dump on the bowl!

AWESOME vegan breakfast tacos!
Super cute place. Had the gf breakfast bowl which was delish. The gf avocado chocolate cake was amazing!

went for breakfast and had the gluten free breakfast bowl. was excellent. gluten free items clearly marked and got the impression more were available if you asked.
Great gluten free options and coffee!
I have eight food allergies and we don't eat sugar. They were able to accommodate all of our needs in a thoughtful and tasty way. I didn't feel like an imposition and they were eager to provide an excellent meal.

Only one GF option that I saw- tacos. I asked if they had gf bread or bagels and they said no. I ended up ordering the burrito w no tortilla and it wasn't very good.
Best coffee I have had. Breakfast tacos delish Very healthy not greasy. Fresh food.
Coffee was excellent. Three GF options but the chili was delish.
Coffee is excellent! Very limited GF menu with only 3 items for breakfast (2 types of tacos and a baked bread). Gave it 3 stars because of the limited options but it's a great atmosphere.
Coffee is awesome. They have gf tacos that can be made as a salad. They have never offered a gf panini or other bread products, they use a corn tortilla to make sandwiches gf. They do have a special gf baked dessert of the day. Iced coffee drink is far better than Starbucks ever was before I went gf and could no longer enjoy a Starbucks coffee. Entire place is vegetarian.

The staff was knowledgable and most items that are safe are marked GF. My husband and I had the frittata of the day, and the b'omelette with no reactions. And of course they had awesome coffee!

Organic fair trade coffee. They offered a GF coffee bread that was good. Next door to Brighter Day Natural Foods.
Good coffee good gluten free food! There's a one dollar up charge for gluten free but it's worth it. I just had the GF pesto panini and it was great!
