The shack’s owners have a daughter with celiac. They have a separate GF menu. Just ask for it at the host station. They cook anything ordered gluten free on a dedicated cook station. Everything we’ve gotten is delicious. They serve breakfast and lunch, but only breakfast on Sundays.
WOW!! This place was amazing in every single way — the service, the food, and the atmosphere was outstanding. Our server was extremely understanding when we mentioned I had celiac and was very reassuring—we felt like they knew what they were doing. They had an entire seperate GF menu and were happy to answer any questions about cross contamination. The GF pancakes were DELICIOUS and tasted just like regular pancakes, and the hashbrowns were made in a separate fryer. Definitely will be coming back, overall an incredible experience!!
