While the hostesses and servers may not appear knowledgeable at first, I highly suggest calling ahead and talking to the manager or the head chef, or asking your server to speak to them and answer your questions. The staff is very kind! The kitchen seems well aware of food allergies as well as Celiac, and has separate areas and cleaning protocols to take care of their gluten-free guests. There is no gluten free menu, but if you ask what they can make safely for you, there are plenty of options to choose from!
