The baker of the GF goodies is a celiac herself, and every GF goodie is individually wrapped. Every employee I've talked to clearly understood cross contamination and the importance/reason for the wrapping. I enjoy lattes and the bakery items and have never had a problem. Obviously the table surfaces are not to be trusted, but that's on you. ;)
