We love Simple Greek! manager has Celiacs and seems to it that they have good protocolsand default separation of the glutinous things in place, even if staff does not know what is and is not gluten free always... just skip the gyro and the things the obviously have wheat,make sure they change their gloves, and you will be fine. we eat here often and my hubby has never been sick!
