I am celiac and eat here all the time. It quite good and a healthy option. The owners are a bit aggressive and weird though, just look at their Google review replies haha. Seem safe though.

— Good

Love this place, great if you’re more health conscious but still eat meat. The paninis and build your own bowls are great. Also have baked goods and bring in baked goods from different gf bakeries. Kind of pricey but they have grocery items that are hard to find in Canada so in my opinion worth the extra cost for some great products.

Waffles were delicious! Nice to be somewhere for brunch where everything was gluten free!

Have eaten here several times. Super safe and great selection on menu. Also great selection of gluten-free Paleo packaged products to buy.

Everything is gluten free at this restaurant, so this is a dedicated gluten free facility. The owners and staff have Celiac disease so are especially knowledgeable about the importance of cross contamination. Super delicious desserts, sandwiches and beverages to satisfy many diets!

This place is soooo great! The breads so good you’d think your eating gluten! EVERYTHING is GF is it’s basically heaven. They have breakfast, lunch/dinner, drinks, smoothies, treats- you name it! And they even have a wall of amazing health products that’s basically an inventory of my instagram follows!
