Astoundingly good. Even with the many, many positive reviews, I still wasn’t prepared for how good it is. GF waffle pizza? My daughter rightly points out that this should have its own hashtag. And my other daughter, GF and not crazy about sausage or bacon, was thrilled with the variety of protein choices (including ham, tofu, bbq jackfruit, and more). And when the owner is Celiac, you know you’re in good hands. Make a reservation!
