On safety—When we do caterings with gluten, we do not prep our ready to eat meals. All of our ready to eat food is prepared separately and not at the same time. If we do a catering and ready to eat food prep in the same day, we will completely shut down production for caterings and sanitize before we move on to ready to eat prep.

Fully gluten-free, local, super cute to go food that can also be eaten in the house. Soups, salads, sandwiches, and more substantial meals that can also be brought home in larger portions to freeze. The owner did say that they sometimes shut down the kitchen to do a catering event that includes gluten, but that they are super conscientious about cleaning before resuming normal production.
