Review of The Skinny Pancake

Tasty! Staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination issues. We took a chance on the crepes, they are cooked on a cleaned (not dedicated) griddle. The staff changes gloves and uses separate utensils. There were other gf options aa well. We tend to react with 2 hours, it's been 4 and so far so good! I would trust it for a subsequent visit. Try the apple cider and the ice cream, they were delicious!
