Review of The Skinny Pancake

Solid breakfast. Crepes were delicious. As soon as I said gluten free, the cashier asked if it was an allergy, and assured me that they will sterilize the equipment for me, as well as helped me chose safe options to eat. The buckwheat crepe was a bit dry, but the maple syrup helped make our apple, cheddar and sausage crepe a very enjoyable meal.
