Had lunch here after reading earlier reviews. Talked to the server who was very helpful- all filled pancakes can be made GF (buckwheat) but they are prepared and cooked in the same area as their regular pancakes (and the kitchen was tiny) so she said they couldn’t guarantee no CC. They have GF bread but no GF toaster. She recommended eggs which could be cooked in a clean pan for me and the home fries- the fryer is used for potato products only so safe. So ok for GF diets, but I wouldn’t recommend for Celiac, unless you want a very limited choice. Like I said the server was super helpful though, and she went straight into the kitchen after I placed my order to let the chef know so I felt safe with what I had.
