Fries are gluten free, they have a specific fryer only for fries. Gluten free bun, they are very aware of celiac and change gloves.

So far haven’t had a reaction, but the bun immediately fell apart to crumbles not sure that they changed their gloves…

First time in a long time I hadn't gotten sick from enjoying a delicious juicy beautiful burger. Absolutely amazing and so worth the years of wait. Always a line out the door I caught them on a day where there was not one

I had the classic burger and fries. I Liked the size and thickness of the patty and the burger was a good size overall. I also had a gf bun. The bun fell apart and surprisingly the burger had very little flavor. The fries also needed salt or something. My fiancé had a regular (not gf) burger that had egg and bacon and he said his was bland too. I didn’t get sick. I let them know when I ordered that I had an allergy.

I have enjoyed every time I have eaten here. (Powers and Dublin location) While they do have a g-free bun I have always just had my burger on a bed of lettuce. So I have room for the Belgian fries. I always give notice it is a gluten allergy.

Ate a burger with a gf bun and lots of toppings with no reaction! Don’t know about the fries but the burger seemed to be gf/Eoe/celiac friendly

I've had luck a couple times but this last visit definitely my luck caught up to me. They do try to keep the cross contamination down but I guess it was inevitable to happen at a non dedicated establishment. Not sure if from the grill or the fries. The food was really good but not the safest bet when eating out.

I love Skirted Heifer. I have had a mild reaction the last two times I have eaten here. They do have a GF bun.

Great food but I got sick after eating there. They said they make accommodations but unfortunately cross contamination happened

I have eaten here a few times and have gotten sick from the fries even though I asked if their fries were gluten free and if their fryers were used for anything else. Or it could have been cross contamination from the grill. Definitely not celiac friendly even though they have a GF bun.

There is probably cross contamination on the grill but they will most likely make accommodations if asked. The bun was truly a high quality GF bun, so the review stating it was just sandwich bread may be outdated.
It was an amazing burger, I didn’t feel like I was missing out on anything.

They asked whether gf was for allergy or preference, when we said allergy the cooks changed gloves & took it seriously. Great burgers, great fries, great drinks
Yes
Family went here due to them advertising gluten free. Unfortunately my daughter and I were cross contaminated. We think this came from them putting the buns on the grill with the other buns even though they said it was safe. Food was good, just have to deal with the after affects.
No
The burger itself was ok, but what was labeled as a “gf bun” is sandwich bread. It was terribly presented and a huge mess. Aside from that, we got their sweet potato fries and they were mediocre. Wouldn’t really recommend, Bingo Burger and Smash Burger are both way better
Great burgers and they have a gluten free bread for the buns.
Really amazing! Love their burgers and the GF bread they use is super good! Love that they toast it for you. My favorite burger place, by far.
After reading the reviews I called to see of the had separate grills. They only had one grill for everything including buns.
No
Cleaned the grill for me, burgers are on a separate grill than the buns, have Udi's GF bread, and only fries go in the fryer! They specified and allergy on my ticket too. It was yummy, but can be a wait with the extra precautions they take for gluten allergies.
They have one grill. Complete cross contamination with burgers and gluten buns. So a no go if you are celiac

Dedicated fryer, GF buns. Excellent food
