You can have a sandwich without a bun. They do not have gf buns. They have a shared fryer. The cheesy potatoes are made with cream of chicken soup. They were knowledgeable about gluten.

Said all meats and sauces were Gluten Free. Including cheesey potatoes. Got sick immediately after eating. :/ Meats were flavorless. We had pulled pork, ribs and brisket.
