It's not well described on the menu, but they can substitute gf bread for any of their sandwiches, which is most of the menu. Also, they said they can make the egg bennies on gluten free bread. It was busy so I didn't get to ask about their protocols around cross contamination but the employee was knowledgeable of the gluten free options and knew that the sausage in the breakfast sandwich contained gluten. I got a gf club sandwich and the bread was a bit small for the toppings but I was happy with it
