Review of The Soup Market

The Soup Market in UBC’s Nest building is a great place to grab soup or a curry rice bowl. All the soups and curries are clearly labelled with icons as either gluten-free, dairy-free and/or vegetarian. There is very little chance of cross-contamination, as a separate ladle or scoop is used to dish out each menu item. They also have a binder (updated daily) that you can ask to see which lists all the ingredients for each dish on offer that day. Just note, if you order soup, make sure to say “no bread”, as that would normally come on the side and they do not have gf bread.
