When I asked if there was food available for someone with a Gluten allergy I was told there was a separate fryer. I ordered their gluten free version of shoestring fries and pork belly bites.

When I asked about safety for coeliac the person said the chef knew and took extra precautions and they were familiar with coeliac disease and the risk of cross contamination.

Was told that the chef had “done a lot of research and believed that if the food was cooked to a high enough temperature, it would burn the gluten off”!
Didn’t trust what I ate was gluten free after the chefs comments about gluten

I asked if it was safe for someone with coeliac, not confirmed but sounded like a dedicated fryer. Was able to have a good range of meals including entrees.
