When I asked if there was food available for someone with a Gluten allergy I was told there was a separate fryer. I ordered their gluten free version of shoestring fries and pork belly bites.

Was told that the chef had “done a lot of research and believed that if the food was cooked to a high enough temperature, it would burn the gluten off”!

Didn’t trust what I ate was gluten free after the chefs comments about gluten
