Review of The Spot

I contacted The Spot pre going to ask about a menu as it is a new establishment in Hickory. The owner has gluten free pizza, salads and some sandwiches. He was out of pizza dough and so I said I would get a burger. The owner went to several stores in town to make sure I had a gluten free bun and safe food and service. He asked for any other foods I would like to see on the menu for gluten free and even was contacting his food vendor while I was there to get more options. The owner and staff were amazing.
