There are two gluten free items on the menu sticky ribs and cob salad. There is NO dedicated fryer. I went with my go to burger no bun no fries. Offered a lettuce wrap said yes not only did I not get that I received fries and onion rings in the same box as my burger patty! The side salad had croutons all after being informed that I was celiac and could not have those things. The hostess was amazing and tried really hard but the kitchen just did not listen.
Good food, bit not many options. Menu had many items (especially on the appetizers) that were marked at GF but we're not in a dedicated fryer. Wait staff wasn't very knowledgeable. They were friendly and helpful but had to go to the kitchen to get a lot of questions answered. I had the steak and my daughter had a burger with gf bun and didn't have issues.
I had free perks to use at the Ilani Casino but it has been difficult to find gf food i the food court. I went online and read all menus for the various restaurants. This restaurant was marked with items that are gf. I had the chili cheese fries and chicken buffalo wings. I was so excited to eat food I usually cannot eat. Afterwards I felt completely fine. I did ask the waiter to mention that I have celiac disease. This is my new goto at Ilani.
