We ate here twice on our trip to California, and my wife had zero issues. She is super sensitive, so it would be apparent if they weren’t careful. They use a dedicated panini press just for their gluten free sandwiches, and have a few gluten free pastry options. They’re super friendly, and the food is fantastic. We’ve had the Leroux, the San Francisco, and the Rte 66. All delicious. You can’t go wrong.
