The owners really get Gluten Free here! Their GF menu items are actually GF. No cross contamination issues because the staff are well trained. The homemade from scratch waffles are amazing! The pastries and cakes are a knockout too. Made right there from scratch. So many to choose from. The owners studied baking in France and applied their knowledge to GF. They make they’re own GF bread and you’d think it was regular bread. We didn’t believe it so we asked. And they don’t up-charge you $$ for GF like everyone else! The owners are so nice, as is all of their staff, and answered all our questions about everything. They are completely allergic to gluten like us. So we feel safe dining here. And the food is delicious! We’ll be back again.
