Review of THE STATION Café

This place is a gf gem. Everything can be made gluten free and the lady who owns it (I think?) said the reason was because she gets really sick so she understands the pain. They have gf waffles here and she said they worked on the recipe for a year to perfect it and she had to eat so many nasty waffles before she got to the perfect one. (Some gf baked good do taste like one would imagine dried wall spackle might.) We had to try some (pic added below). Amazing!!! The paninis were also delicious! Yes, we pigged out here in a breakfast lunch combo because we hadn’t eaten all day. It was worth it. They even have gf beers in the cooler if that’s your thing. Great place. Oh, and really great locally roasted coffee too!
