Review of The Stillery

UPDATE: We've returned several times. My favorite is the shrimp tacos on corn tortillas, without cheese. Staff is helpful and undeterred my my questions and requests. I am very comfortable eating here and have never had reactions.

I'm non- Celiac gluten- intolerant, also cow's milk- intolerant. The Stillery offered a GF burger bun. My burger was made without cheese and the bun wasn't buttered, per my request. They do not have a GF-dedicated fryer, but subbed their homemade chips for warm tortilla chips not made in the fryer. Burger and tortilla chips were delicious. They currently do not have GF pizza crust, but they said they will soon. Open 4 months. Staff super friendly and not at all flustered or edgy about food- related questions. We'll be back.
