I did a GF pizza and added my toppings of choice. It came on a disposable tray with a personal pizza slicer (a first!) to cut my own slices.
Edit: At first, I thought the pizza dough was just underdone, so I’d asked them to cook it for longer. This did not help. I’ve come to the conclusion that the crust is just bad. It’s probably one of the worst gluten free pizza crusts there is around this area, which is a shame because they have such a cool ambiance, salads, etc.
I am glad they have an option but it’s a very dry cracker crust you can get for GF pizza. It’s also a lot smaller than a normal pizza so by the time you add 2-3 toppings you’re paying $16. Definitely a lot better gf pizza in Toledo than this. I had their regular pizza before I found out I was celiac and it is nowhere near similar to it
This GF pizza was really disappointing, especially after having had their regular pizza before my celiac diagnosis. I thought they would hand-make the dough but it’s ordered in bulk and tastes cheap, processed and just, not good. Also when I asked about prep and cooking they weren’t super helpful and it took way too much prodding to get a real answer to make me feel safe about trying it. In the end, I’ll go somewhere else next time!
Worst gluten free pizza I've ever had and I've tried many local. Skimpy toppings on a soft cracker like crust. Tastes cheap like Gordon's purchased in bulk, cheap. Usually after spending so much I still try to eat it, but this was so bad I threw it away. They do give a separate pizza cutter which was nice.
