It all depends on the staff. If you feel like someone is being nice but perfunctory—beware, cross contamination is extremely likely. When I’ve had staff that seem awake and aware, I haven’t been poisoned. Unfortunately there is a spaced out hippy dippy quality to some staff members that has been detrimental to my health—been gluten poisoned here 2 of 5 times I’ve been.

Delicious food! Most of their menu is gluten free, there are only a few items that have gluten in them and a few others that are cross contaminated, but for the most part it is celiac safe! Some of their staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination but others are totally clueless so it is a bit hit or miss.
