This review is only for The Sunken Lounge. The menu is not labeled with any GF however in small print at the bottom it states that GF wraps and flatbread (for pizza) are available on a first come first serve basis. Before ordering I asked the bartender if the tortilla chips are corn. He shrugged and told me he didn’t know then went on to say if I wanted to find out I would need to go to the kitchen. I asked where the kitchen is located and he said it was on the 8th floor; the lounge is on the 4th floor so I would have had to go in person to the kitchen. I scratched that and asked for one of the wraps with a gluten free wrap. He then said he didn’t know if they are GF then turned to a patron at the bar with an orange shirt and asked if wraps are GF. The man nodded “yes”. Needless to say if you are celiac or concerned at all about gluten I would not recommend. The service and lack of any knowledge or concern on top of the attitude was highly disappointing considering the cost of the hotel and how gorgeous it is. With that being said, you can order delivery to the hotel and pick up at the front lobby.
