Review of The Sushi Bar

Knowledgable staff, GF soy sauce (Bragg's) and GF beer. They can make almost everything GF (unless it has something fried or marinated). Only use sustainable fish and it's a green business if that's important to you. Will sub real crab for the fake stuff for $3. Very fresh, delicious sushi. I make a point of eating here whenever I'm in town.
