While there is no marked gluten free items on the menu, you can ask the cook and he’ll make a gluten free option. I think the problem is that they boil the sushi rice in malted vinegar so it’s not the gf. I got the salmon poke bowl made with rice without the vinegar and it was super yummy! The cook was smart about it and you could ask them questions. Also, all the soy sauce bottles on tables were gluten free. I felt pretty safe with what I got and found it very tasty but you will have to ask for that specifically.
