They had some gluten-free and vegan options. When I was there, the gluten-free items were some cookies, macaroons, and muffins. They seem to change things up with the various baked goods that they have, so it’s not always the same. The macaroons and triple chocolate cookies I got were surprisingly fluffy and tasty for being gluten-free. I didn’t get sick at all after eating. I was impressed! Not sure if this is dedicated facility, but I was safe. I apparently went on a day when they were low on gluten-free options, but they have even more according to a friend. All of the gluten-free baked goods are wrapped up to limit cross-contamination. They also have a lot of good coffee options. You may have to ask and make sure if the artificial flavoring you want is gluten-free, but I went simple with my coffee order just in case.
