They don't promote it on their menu, but for lunch you can choose between two gluten free buns. The bun is served in a plastic wrapper and the ingredients will be on your plate, this way there is no chance of cross-contamination. It was a very tasty and a good size bun. Couldn't tell it was gluten free. I will definitely go here more often.
